of "customer service." When Carla used tile terms I was not familiar with & inquired. She provided not only verbal explanation, but also pleasantly provided visual displays which was very much appreciated. I went in knowing what I wanted (as you can get easily overwhelmed & lost in this type of industry) & Carla not only respected what I wanted, but she found me the best deal & great quality for what I wanted, not for what would make the biggest sale of the day. The staff was very welcoming & also very receptive of my very chatty, inquisitive 4 year old which spoke volumes. Would definitely recommend & return! -

(November 29, 2022, 5:41 pm)The sales team is helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Picking out a kitchen backsplash with the wife isnt easy, but Mike gave us options to coordinate the colors of our counter top and kitchen in general. Cant wait to install.

They were all extremely professionally, very helpful and Beyond patient. I consulted with Carla and Mike several times before finalizing my selection. They were extremely knowledgeable, and help me order the perfect amount of material instead of having a ton of extra material leftover. The best part was my entire order was special order and ALL of my items came in within a week as opposed to other competitors that were coming in 2-3 weeks later. I highly recommend going with this company, you will not regret it! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
