  My experience with Jose was an exceptional one! Not only did I turn to him for guidance with my public speaking skills, but I also had irked to him for help with procrastination. I always knew my potential, I just always had an excuse for not getting things done. After a few sessions with Jose, I sit here in my first 5 months in Real Estate with 4 closed deals! I’ve also been contracted, continuously to be the Master of Ceremonies at large events here locally. It is because of Jose’s help that I was able focus and produce for my family

  I wasn't sure what to expect as it was first time for me. There were questions asked prior to the session so he could get a feel of the person asking for help and what the needs were. He talks while you relax and always has good vibes. You can get pretty relaxed but not out like the movies. There is positive suggestive discussion during your session. All total it lasted about 1.5 hours. If needed, there are 2 other sessions available in the following in two weeks intervals. Good luck. Joe

  Jose offered a hypnosis session to help with fear and horses. I have had a fear while mounting my horse for about 30 years. I had a horrible accident and had fractured my leg. After the first session, I was doing much better controlling my fears. It can be so debilitating at times. After the second session I am doing amazing. I work with young horses at times and they tend to not stand perfectly still. I used to freeze up. I have not had any anxiety or fear since then. I have remained calm even when things go a little wrong. I can not thank him enough for helping me with my issues and fears. My life with my horses is so much better without the anxiety I face at the beginning of so many rides.

  I had a fall about 4 years ago that put me in the hospital for 5 days. I was having such terrifying panic attack. I was going to give up riding all together. I have been riding for 50 yrs and just did not want to give it up. Jose contacted me and thought why not.
  
  I sent my horse to training and started the hypnosis process. I did step one and the first time I got on I did not have the racing heart. I rode out side around the farm with another rider, it was very windy. pick up the pace up and I was able to bring him back and again no panic attack. I kept my head and did not panic. I was really ecstatic.
  
  I started the second session and work and rode in the round pen at home.Then the best thing happen. I went camping with my horse and a friend in Otter Creek NY. Not one panic attack. Rode up and down some steep hill, switch backs, loped up a hill met horses on the trail. Dismount and mounted in the woods and was able to do that without anyone holding my horse.
  
  I AM BACK IN THE SADDLE AGAIN!!!!!!

  I haven't had a single cigarette since my second visit with Jose over 5 years ago. I wish I had met him sooner. I could have enjoyed better health and saved alot of money on patches and chantix! Thank you Jose!
