  The beginning of this year, January to be exact I set out to get more active. So diligently I used my treadmill consistently for a few months. I started having pain in the right ball of my foot. I thought, I must have pulled something, it will heal……fast forward to a month ago…I was STILL having foot pain…..so much pain that I could not walk barefoot, could not wear flip flops…..every step was painful. Finally made an appointment with my Dr, she said I think you have a Morton’s Neuroma; I want you to go see a specialist. Confirmed that it was a neuroma…..choices were have it removed(not a good thing), get cortisone shots(not ok with me), live with it and get orthotics made. I did some research on it, asked a friend for recommendation for an acupuncturist. Here is where Dana comes in….I committed to attending two appointments for a couple weeks….by the third week…my foot was 100%% ..no pain when I walked in shoes, I could walk barefoot again without my feet feeling numb, I completely got my active life back with no pain (I was pushing through it for almost a year)….This was my first experience with acupuncture and it is now a regular part of my health care. I am so impressed with Dana’s professionalism, knowledge and understanding….I could go on and on…. I believe in the art so much my husband is now going, and I bought gift certificates for Christmas gifts for my close friends… If you have never considered acupuncture, you are missing out… 5000 5-star reviews for Dana and Quabbin Valley Acupuncture.

  I have been seen by Dana Burton by a referral from the VA hospital. She has helped me with my back pain issues already two times. She really know her job and is very caring. I thank her for supporting the veterans with health care needs she very open to help you. I support her 100%. Thank you for what you do for us Dana!

  Dana was very informative, honest and compassionate. The accupuncture helped my husband tollerate his neuropathy from chemo. She is very professional and down to earth.

  Dana Burton is an outstanding acupuncturist. In addition to acupuncture, Dana performs massage, provides herbs, and offers suggestions on diet and lifestyle. I personally benefited a great deal from this holistic approach to my health. Dana spends a lot of time with her patients, and you always feel like you are getting her best. Although acupuncture does not hurt, many people are nervous about it, and Dana provides a calm and soothing environment. She always knows about the latest research, and she attends conferences and classes to keep up-to-date. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Quite simply, Dana is the best acupuncturist in Western Massachusetts.

  Dana is excellent. Within a few visits we are already seeing results. Dana is educated and experienced with a wonderful personality. She is also reasonably priced and flexible with scheduling. If you are looking to try acupuncture you should give Dana a call, we are glad we did!
