I had to bring it in for a couple things to get fixed over this passed weekend and wasn’t aware of the deductible they helped me out and waved the fees unbelievable customer service in the parts and service center. You guys have yourself a life long customer! I can’t thank you enough

(May 26, 2023, 12:39 pm)From the moment I arrived at the dealership, staff rushed to open the door for me. I was using my cane while another staff member approached to ask if I wanted to go to the waiting room and have someone from service to come to me. Once at the service desk( I decided to go downstairs), I was immediately ushered to a chair to discuss my service appointment. The service representative discussed that most of what I needed done could be handled by the express service are and he brought the paperwork to that desk. I had another minor repair that the representative advised to reschedule since there was an extraordinary backlog for a service technician. I decided to wait for the express tasks to be done. I was prepared for a long wait. However, it seemed to be a very short two hours when the service representative came to me, explained that the service was completed and that I could pickup the car. I went downstairs to pay. Afterwards, the person who took the payment, emerged from her area and guided me to an easier way to get back to my car. She had to make sure it was clear and safe to pass through the service area. I've been going to this dealership for many years either to purchase or service my cars and have always been impressed by the staff who have been extremely courteous and helpful. I have and will continue to highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

(May 14, 2023, 7:22 am)Johnson Dodge/Jeep is the best Jeep dealer around! Best in service and sales! I went in for my oil change W/tire rotation -without an appointment. Brittany the service advisor was very nice. Took my info and I waited less than 45 min. I was preoccupied by the wonderful complimentary snacks, coffee, bottled water and TV in the waiting room. :-) When my vehicle was done she went over the work and I was on my way! GREAT experience! Thank you Johnson!
I took this time to compliment this dealer because not all dealers are the same. TRUST ME! And always go with your first choice. -

Best experience I’ve ever had in buying a vehicle and I’ve bought many. Kristian is the best and most knowledgeable salesman I’ve ever met. Thanks again to everyone.
