The office is a very efficient but friendly place. Dr. Reach is also efficient and friendly. Dr Reach spends as much time as needed so you are confident that you have been heard and he has explained your condition plainly and understandably.

Dr Reach is never in a rush, answers all your questions and genuinely wants the best least invasive outcomes for his patients.
His expertise far exceeds anything I've ever found locally in my area- he gets the diagnosis right the first time and tailors the treatment to the individual. I don't mind driving 3 hrs for that any day!

I was so glad to be able to get an appointment with Dr. Reach as I had been so pleased with his skills and patient interaction previously. This time as well he spent a good deal of time with his diagnosis and explaining it to me, showing me the results of the X-rays and the ultrasound. The office was also quite efficient, from intake to the nursing and technical staff.

Dr John Reach had gained my trust and confidence after two reconstructive surgeries in 2007 and 2009. There was no hesitation in February 2022, when I found myself sitting in his office discussing another surgical procedure to alleviate increasing discomfort in my left foot. We created a plan for surgery and aftercare. I told him my hesitations and fears. He addressed them, never pushing surgical intervention. He only outlined to me what he could do.
On 5/13/22 he did what he said he could and I did what he told me to do. My trust and confidence was gratefully renewed!

I've been a patient with Dr Reach for 5 years now. He's an excellent Dr and an extremely nice person. I've had injections and surgery with him and I wouldn't go to anyone else for the care of my feet! His office staff are all super nice and tentative people as well.
