Dr. Lorenze was helpful during this visit. He even checked a different body part and gave a cortisone shot. Much appreciated! Efficiency, professionalism and willingness to help patients.

Dr. Lorenze is kind and knowledgeable. I have been going to him for years as I have hip and knee issues from extended hours of standing for my job. He really does his best to figure out a solution.

Dr. Lorenze informed me that I wasn't going to need surgery on my shoulder. He said it was just inflamed, gave me a shot, and it was back to normal in no time after months of suffering pain and loss of mobility. I only wish I came to see him sooner! He was very kind, personable, and informative. I sometimes feel doctors can be condescending when they explain medical issues thinking that patients won't understand, so why bother explaining too much. Dr. Lorenze was not at all like that. He explained everything to my satisfaction and encouraged me to call with any questions afterwards. Very refreshing.

From the get go with my first phone call scheduling my appointment with Dr. Lorenze's staff, I knew that I was in great hands. The office staff always makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. Dr. Lorenze and his staff made it so easy for me; and even got me in early. The whole appointment from checking in, X-rays, talking with Dr. Lorenze and a cortisone shot took less than an hr. I left Dr. Lorenze's office feeling confident and with a sense of ease after healing his plan for my injured shoulder. I highly recommend Dr. Lorenze.
