(February 14, 2023, 1:35 pm)I cannot sing John's praises enough. He is not only excellent at finding what works for his clients, he's down-to-earth and hilarious. Limitless Fitness was my first foray into personal training and John was my first trainer. He and I jived very quickly after realizing we had similar senses of humor. I told him right off the bat "I'll get onto the floor to do exercises, but just know that I'll live there, cuz there's no way I'm getting up!" He worked with me to build my strength and confidence, often doing the exercises with me so I didn't feel foolish. His energy is that of the Energizer bunny, but not in the way that makes you want to remove the batteries. He taught me what my body was capable of, and encouraged me every step of the way. I left my sessions feeling empowered and...frankly...sweaty, haha. His knowledge in the world of training is vast and he's able to find ways to make working out enjoyable. My time at Limitless was short, but John will forever be the standard by which I hold other trainers I work with, even these couple years later. Bottom line, he's excellent, and you will not be disappointed working with him, around him or having him working for you. 💪🏼
