    Celeste has helped me change my life and I’ve worked with her for years. She has vast knowledge of everything from yoga to strength training to Pilates, the list goes on. Each workout with her is different and she pushes me to be the best version of myself. It was so successful working with her that now my husband (and sometimes my kids!) will join us. She is an amazing trainer, and a great person. Highly recommend!!

    Celeste is very knowledgeable regarding personal training and massage. I have gone to her for many years and been impressed with how much she has helped me improve my fitness level. The massages are great too!

    Simply superb! Celeste has been my personal trainer for years, lots of variation--step, aerobics, yoga, stabilization ball, weight training, and more. She's fun, has a great personality, and matches the sessions to my varying needs and moods, both online and in person.

    I have been using Celeste as a masseuse for many years. She listens to what my needs are and what I like I don't like. She has an endless amounts of knowledge about yoga, strength training ,cardio, water aerobics and many other types of fitness training. She knows the fitness world inside and out!!!!
