  My car died and when AAA came out, they said I needed an alternator, which made sense because it was doing everything a dead alternator does. I brought it to Joe's and when I picked it up, they told me it was only a cracked connector between the alternator and the battery (the battery had been bad and was leaking and corroded the connector - AAA replaced the battery). They could have easily charged me to change the alternator. This level of honesty was so appreciated. It was only a $7 part plus labor. They even caught something wrong that I'd previously had fixed somewhere else, and facilitated a call to the other place to explain what they found in their repair, as it's not something they do. I will 100% be back there for any future battery or tire needs.

  This shop is honestly very awesome. They are extremely fair and won't rob you blind, like many other shops. Very friendly staff. They'll get you in and out as quickly as possible with very reasonable rates.

  I can't say enough about how professional and attentive customer service is at Joe's. The owner's daughter (a very experienced mechanic) took time and did a thorough evaluation of my car to pin point necessary and urgent repairs. I am grateful for their honesty and will recommend everyone I know to her garage for any and all services Joe's offers. I as well will be a lifetime customer. Thank you Joe's Tire and Battery.

  Long story short I got a flat in the morning, called joes battery and tire at 9:30 to get the same tire. I spoke with heather and she had my tire there by noon! Great prices and local business doing great business!! Highly recommend!!

  Took my car in because I thought I needed a new battery (I needed a jump earlier in the day, my battery had a good amount of corrosion built up, it was 6 years old, etc.) They tested the battery and said it had plenty of juice left in it and that replacing it wasn’t necessary. They ended up cleaning up the corrosion, topping my tires off, and sending me on my way without charge. I will definitely bring my car in for future service and recommend to others!
