  Great service as always. The first time I ever went to Austin's, Nelson told me that he works to establish relationships with his customers. I have always felt super comfortable at Austin's Auto and I love the staff there. I would not trust anyone else with my car. They have always explained to me what's going on with my car in a way that I can understand. They'll show me pictures of problems with my vehicle or take me right to it to show me. Since I've always had such a great experience with Austin's, when I was running a career day for my eighth grade students, I asked them to come. They brought a tow truck, an suv, and a Tesla for kids to look at. The kids loved it and so did the teacher that was with the group. He told me I have to get them to come back next year. When I wrote a thank you note to them for coming to career day, I also received a thank you note for including them in career day. I appreciate Nelson and his staff so much.

  This was our first experience with Austin's since we recently purchased our Tesla Y. We were very impressed with the administrative assistant being very well organized and the crew being very careful with keeping our new vehicle - well...'new'.

  I just want to say may God bless you guys. I had a horrible long day, the adjuster from my insurance came today and he ordered a towing for my car to go to the shop I was waiting for them from 2p-7p they never came, they were rude every time I call them. I called my insurance and they contacted me with Austin's Auto Service not even 20 minutes Dylan came and two my car to the shop. He was really nice, fast and professional. I really really appreciate you guys. They were friendly and fast. May God bless you always. Thank you🥰😄

  Austin's is awesome. From the moment I walked in I can tell this was the real deal. Jamie was so wonderful! Polite, customer friendly, knows her stuff and very good at explaining. The service techs were all amazing as well in their conversations and how they explained what was going on with my vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. I like them so much that I have a 2001 BMW 740iL which I let no one touch but the dealer. The next trip to the shop for this car will be to Austin's. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Austin's for making the customer feel important and knowing that their vehicle is on good hands. Fred

  I have used Austin's Auto Service since 2017. They are very thorough regarding evaluating your vehicle as well as they keep you informed regarding recommending parts that may need repaired. They have a good team environment in their shop and I feel they are very good in communicating unfortunate fixes your car will need and what it will cost you. They offer discounts for AAA members and perform follow up calls a few days after they finish their service. I have been happy to use their shop for 3 cars and hope to continue to utilize their services.
