  I had a unique situation with my master bathroom that my previous contractor has not completing the work after 10+ months in waiting. I reached out to Joel Braun. He understood the situation and he stepped up and willing to help us out. From my first interaction I felt that, unlike the previous company, Joel knows what he talking about. He is so into the details explaining the mistakes made by previous company, what are the risks, how to mitigate them. More over I has reached out to Joel asking for formal quote with hours notice. He shown his commitment and he did delivered it before the deadline. I am truly impressed with Joel’s expertise, willingness to help, ready to put customer needs and exceptional crew.

  We used Joel Braun Construction for our recent bathroom remodel. From the initial consultation to the finished project, working with Joel was an absolute pleasure. His network of professionals was fantastic, from plumbers to electricians to tilers, and other specialists- they were all great to work with. Everyone was always on time, they were very friendly, and most importantly their work was superb. Joel's maintained a steady line of communication throughout the entire process, he was consistently providing updates of who would be showing up next and what work would be completed. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the work Joel and his team completed during our remodel. I highly recommend Joel Braun Construction, their reliability and value are second to none!

  In preparation for selling our home, we hired Joel to renovate our master bath; re-floor our entryway, family room and office with click vinyl planking; and repaint the interior of our home. His design advice, management of the project, client communication, and team of talented subcontractors were all-around superlative! Joel finished the job in the time frame promised; steered us toward high impact, high return spending decisions; and kindly took extra time to explain aspects of the job to my husband, who has expressive aphasia. We are getting top dollar on the sale of our home thanks to the hard work and professional expertise of Joel and his team.

  Joel and his team were complete pros who worked together seamlessly to get the job done right on time. This project included new shower, fixtures and tile, as well as heated pebble floor and paint. Joel went out of his way to program the timer on the heated floor for us, and took time to help in other ways when he didn't need to do something, but he did. We recommend them highly and will use them again.
