  We were at our friends' home and they had their kitchen remodeled. I asked them who they used because we were interested in getting a kitcheonette/bar area put in our basement. I'm so thankful they referred us to Len's Remodeling because ultimately they did a fabulous job. Suzanne was who we met with for the design aspect. She is so talented and did an incredible job of drafting the different style bar we could have. We agreed on the one and then it was time to pick out the materials. She spent a lot of time with us on this most important part of the remodeling and offered good input when we were overwhelmed with choices. I love everything Suzanne picked out for us. Then when the work started (which was very timely - we did not have long to wait), the cabinets were delivered and then the crew came. Sayeed's crew was meticulous to detail and they did an increcible job of putting the cabinets in place and putting in teh hardware and explaining about the pumping and the sink. Then the granite people came and laide the counters out. Finally we had the one wall covvered with a really coool rustic backsplash and it just "popped" and made our dull basement so much more lived in and cool. Suzanne also had Sayeed's time install a garbagae disposal in our already existing kitchen. The Builders did not put one in and Suzanne and Ian were great at recommending the best and most affordable garbage disposal for us to purchase. Sayeed was amazing with the electrical work so we did not have to have an extra switch put in and he was able to use an existing switch on the wall. Plus the garbage disposal wasn't crazy loud. We loved all the work and time Suzanne and Sayeed did for us. Most importatly, we let them use our bathrooms people! C'mon, you gotta let the workers use your bathroom!

  We recently had a bar area built in our basement and were very satisfied with the service we received from Lens Remodeling & Contracting Services. They were very detailed in providing the scope, time lines, and specifics of the project, and the quality of work was excellent. The work team showed up on time every day they were scheduled and the support team was very responsive to any questions we had along the way. The finish project exceeded our expectations and we would definitely work with them again if we have a future project.

  We used Len’s remodeling to complete a renovation of our first floor and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. When we first met Chris, he took our vision and came up with a design that we loved. Throughout the whole process, from design through to completion, the entire team was easy to communicate and work with and did everything they could to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Their showroom has tons of samples of countertops, tile, cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures that made it easy to make our selections without having to make trips to multiple stores.
  The construction team on our job was easy to work with, reliable, and trustworthy. We felt comfortable with them in our home and they worked above and beyond to get the job done. They made sure everything was perfect, often bringing imperfections to our attention before we noticed them and then fixing them.
  I would highly recommend Len’s Remodeling for home renovation projects. Our job was large and included replacement of all the flooring on the first floor, a full kitchen renovation, replacement of trim and crown molding, painting work, installation of two new outside doors and one window, and the replacement of our interior doors, among many other smaller details. Even though there was a lot, it was all done with care and the quality is wonderful. Thank you to the Len’s team!

  Our kitchen remodel
  We love how our new kitchen came out! Len’s did a great job from design to construction and completion. Their crew was very professional and cleaned up every day when they were finished. What we especially liked about Len’s was the fact that they do everything from design to completion. They have a great designer by the way! We did not have to deal with plumbing, electrical, painting, etc., it was all taken care of by them. I highly recommend them for your project!

  We waited a long time to remodel our home. We interviewed lots of companies before settling on Len's Remodeling & Contractor Services. We could not have been happier with our decision.
  
  My family spend a great amount of time in our kitchen and wanted a space that was refreshing but at the same time would invoke a feeling of relaxation and calm - an ideal space for gatherings with family or guests. It would involve a complete remodel of the kitchen, dining room, laundry room and powder room.
  
  Len's was able to pull all our ideas together and turn them into something amazing. They were able to bring our dream kitchen to life with their exceptional craftsmanship, sophisticated styling and hand finished detailing - bringing everything together perfectly. Their craftsmen were extremely talented, courteous and always professional. In addition, Len was on-site regularly to inspect the progress and resolve issues. No request was too big or too small. When we added on new ideas, Len was always supportive and fair with his pricing. I highly recommend Len's and plan on using their services again to start our next project on the 2nd floor (bathrooms and bedrooms). I cannot say enough about the fabulous job they did and their excellent customer service. We are extremely happy customers.
