  Can’t say enough good things about Steve and the team at Jem. My fiancé and I ordered both of our wedding bands through Jem and not only did they turn out beautifully, but the experience was unmatched. I was in search of a new wedding band to coordinate back with my vintage engagement ring and Steve was extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, patient - not an ounce pushy! Early on, he even suggested wearing the original band with my engagement ring for a week to make sure I didn’t want to use that one instead of purchasing new. When I confirmed I wanted a new band, we spent time trying on different styles and after much indecision on my part, landed on a design idea and he worked on the CAD. When I saw the CAD, I had a change of heart and decided to go with a different option that I tried on. It was no problem. All of this was less than two months before our wedding date but Steve worked quickly and took a lot of stress off our plate! This is just a quick summary of multiple phone calls and visits to make sure everything was perfect - and it truly was! THANK YOU! New customers for life.

  I have been going to Jem for several years now. First I went in for a repair for a necklace chain purchased elsewhere. Lisa helped me pick out the perfect chain to fit the pendant but also strong enough to withstand me never taking it off. Next I was looking for a long chain to wear my mother’s ring on. Again, Lisa spent time with me deciding on length and type of chain. She even had me try them on to see how they looked with the necklace they repaired before.
  I recently went in for a custom bracelet. They molded and casted an item of mine and created the most beautiful bracelet that is one of a kind and made to fit me. It took a few months to make and they were always in contact updating me on the process. It was a really enjoyable experience and I am absolutely in love with all of my pieces from them. I have no doubt in their expertise and professionalism. I usually work with Lisa but everyone there is very kind, personable, and helpful. There are my go to for any future purchases and repairs.

  I bought a pair of stunning diamond earrings from Steve all the way from Texas. A friend recommended I look at JEM Jewelers and I was not disappointed. The setting was perfect to showcase the diamonds. I would recommend JEM for all of your jewelry needs!
