To anyone who reads this, I should have left a review 6 years ago. But I’m glad I waited. Because 6 years ago, I came to Dr. Arnel in pain and taking narcotic pain meds. 6 years later, I still have a better quality of life because of this man! No pain! No need for pain meds for years now! He was not only my chiropractor, but a friend! My therapist at times lol. But he is the one provider that I ALWAYS checks in on me to see how I’m doing. He’s so compassionate. He deserves this review. And a big thank you to him. Because he was a huge contributing factor am you getting me out of a very difficult time in life. Genuinely, thank you Dr. Arnel!!
Came to Dr Arnel 2 weeks ago with severe lower back pain. He has worked a small miracle by virtually eliminating the pain, but he’s also offered me a path to a pain free future with his continued adjustments. His approach to wellness is helping me to correct years of bad habits.
As if that weren’t enough, he’s been working with me on the financial side - I’m between jobs and came to him thinking there’s no way I could afford any kind of ongoing treatment. Boy was I wrong - he’s truly interested in helping me get better and stay better, and has put me on a payment plan that makes that possible.
I’m eternally grateful!
Dr. Arnel is a truly gifted and humble Light worker. Over a year ago, an old high school football neck injury started causing numbness and tingling in my right arm. Dr. Jeff found that several vertebrae had shifted out of alignment over the last 40+ years, my pelvis was excessively curved, and my neck curvature was too straight.
After the first adjustment session with Dr. Arnel, the pain in my arm was noticeably less. After a few more adjustments, I no longer felt pain in my arm, my allergy issues had lessened considerably, and my short attention span from my ADD had improved greatly. I also noticed I was no longer waking up still feeling tired in the morning. Within a few weeks, his experienced hands had adjusted my neck to the point I no longer felt any tingling in the arm whatsoever. In a few months, my head no longer jutted forward of my body and I was able to comfortably sit cross-legged for the first time in memory. I had never been aware that the curvature problems with my neck and tailbone were the cause of some of my long-term health issues and bad posture.
Dr. Jeff understands the importance of gradually adjusting the spine by hands-on adjustments over time. He does not use mechanical aids, but rather allows the body to heal itself at it's own pace.
Arnel Family Chiropractor is Absolutely the Best!!! I love how "Family" is added, bc you truly feel part of a community of wellness. I'd give many more stars if possible!! He's been a life saver, literally!! I had pain from few accidents, a concussion (horrible cervical neck & back pain)autoimmune disorder which drastically impacted my quality of life I was living. Being a Mom I had no time for this pain, within a few weeks I was up walking around & noticed a HUGE CHANGE in my body and my autoimmune flare-ups have decreased. I recently restarted my sessions back with Dr. Arnel. The main reason why I returned to Dr. Arnel, besides his warm friendly personality and the environment he creates, is because I am having physical, mentally and emotional issues due to stress. I knew returning to Dr. Arnel would better my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Since restarting my sessions with Dr. Arnel, I have experienced wellness again. I am now free of headaches and experiencing more clarity daily. I also have far less stiffness when getting up each morning, and I am more flexible in my daily activities. I recently developed a trace of eczema on my face and little spots of psoriasis on my elbows, which are starting to disappear in the last few weeks after restarting my sessions with Dr. Arnel. I am now starting to relive life free of obstructions and enjoying my life and activities with renewed vigor and happiness. When my friends ask me what has changed, I simply say, I have started feeling better due to Dr. Arnel’s chiropractic care. Thank you, Dr. Arnel!
