  Jefferson Dairy made a gorgeous and delicious birthday ice cream cake for us. We gave them a picture of Land Before Time characters and they put it on top of the cake in addition to beautiful decorations and writing. Vanilla and chocolate ice cream layers with fudge in the middle. Highly recommend!!

  We ordered a specialty birthday cake with layers of banana and vanilla ice cream that was so delicious! And there was a generous amount of fudge crunch in the middle too. Really enjoyed this cake. Highly recommend Jefferson Dairy. Thank you!

  So far the best icecream that too home made I’ve come across in the whole of new jersey !!!
  
  This place is a cosy space located in Jefferson town close to the Hopscong lake(mind my spelling!)
  
  So we had the flavours of 4-5 icecream and shakes and below is my review
  Flavours I had!
  -Dirty diaper - total hit! If you are a chocolate lover it’s a 10/10
  -red and blue raspberry- this was as equal to a real raspberry and no artificial essence at all- tangy but sweet!
  
  -had Banana chip shake- that’s like chunky monkey shake from any icecream place but it was worth it’
  
  Price value -10/10
  Staff is all teenage boys and girls who help you taste a good flavour and also suggest you
  
  I’m surely coming over sooooonn’!!!

Its a good local dairy with better than average soft serve, homemade ice cream and the standard menu of sundaes and such, but the real attraction is the extra thick shakes.
