(October 25, 2022, 7:46 am)Great people and a great company! Every time I go in there I feel like I’m part of the true value family and not just a customer and that goes a long way. The store is always clean and organized, the customer service is Impeccable, and the prices for their products are fair. They are always there to help and are also very honest. I went in needing a special bit for some lag screws that either came in a pack of two or in a box of screws. They didn’t have any of the two packs so instead of making me drive all the way to Home Depot they took one out of a screw box and told me that he’d sell me a 2 pack, give me the one from the box , and when the 2 packs of bits came in he’d save me the other bit. A month passes (I completely forgot about the bit) and Eric hands it to me. That’s what I mean by great customer service, I completely forgot about that bit and wasn’t even going in there for that but he did. I will always keep bringing them my business and highly recommend them to everyone !

Plus they have everything you need when you need it. It's an old school neighborhood store and always my first choice over big box stores.

Abby is priceless...If Eric doesn't have it which is rare, he'll direct you to find what you need. Great store great staff...

(December 31, 2021, 6:32 pm)There is somehow 100k square feet of stuff inside this 15k(?) square foot store. If you need it, they probably have it. Do you dislike the 1/2 mile walk to the door at Homer Depot?...not a problem here. Friendly staff that knows where everything is. Awesome dog that hangs out and will accept the occasional pet if you're lucky. Great resource.
