(December 6, 2021, 4:09 pm)I have to take this moment to give a huge shoutout of compliments to the Jcrew factory outlet at the Woodbury commons in NY.I was there last week asking about a pair of pants that were out of stock. The staff was so accommodating to do whatever they could to get these pants for me. Staff member Carmela Felter called all the neighboring JCrews and finally located a pair in Bergen county NJ. She went over and above what was expected of her. Leanna L ,who worked diligently with her over the phone from the Bergen Towne Center Store, space 31, Paramus NJ, was also outstanding!!!!! She was so efficient and accommodating and kind that my pants arrived by 3pm the NEXT DAY!!!!!!
Bravo to these ladies, working as a team & supplying the best customer service During this busy time of year! I'm delighted and will continue to shop at JCREW!!!! -

(November 4, 2020, 12:47 pm)I would like to say thank you to Carmella for being genuinely nice and helpful. This is one of the few shops at Woodbury that has great customer service. I'm sure a lot of the employees at these shops deal with lot of rude customers but my husband and I do our best to be kind to others. But again, I just wanted to say thank you. I will be back!

They will check the stockroom over and over with a constant smile for items that may not be stocked on the shelves. Welcoming layout and great selections
