  I started Jazzercise in 2019 and found a warm, fun-loving community - and a great workout! Highly recommend for all skill levels, and classes are now livestreamed if people prefer to tune in from home.

  If you love to dance then this is your place. Great instructors who keep the workouts fun and fresh. Small studio but extremely clean. This group was a life saver during the pandemic. They were there for there customers with live streaming. You now have the choice of working out in-person or continue to work out at home with the live streaming classes. Check it out!

  It has taken me quite a while to find an exercise program I actually look forward to doing, and I found it at Jazzercise! Amherst Jazzercise is a great workout in a among an amazingly friendly and upbeat group of people. The instructors are encouraging, professional, non-judgmental, and fun. I’ve found myself getting stronger and more fit and enjoying the effort! I highly recommend it!

  Jazzercise Amherst is fun and inviting. The many formats such as Dance Mix, interval, Fusion, strength and stretch keep the routines engaging and exciting. The online community brings class to life. The instructors are professional and offer low impact versions of each exercise. I highly recommend joining Jazzercise Amherst. The results are fantastic. I feel stronger and healthier than ever before

  There couldn't be a more welcoming (and FUN!!) group to dance with! I have always had trouble learning choreography, even though I love to move, and this studio was the place where I could (and continue to!) make as many mistakes as I wanted and still have the BEST time! Lots of friendly welcomes from everyone, advice if you want it, and people genuinely thrilled to be dancing and working out together. During the pandemic the team has kept us engaged, moving and laughing (and yes, you can join as a virtual customer if you are looking for a really fun at-home dance workout.) If you want camaraderie and a fun non-judgmental place to move and work out (and make friends) I couldn't imagine a better place than Jazzercise Amherst aka Studio 116!!! Maybe I'll see you there!
