Meeting Jan and trusting what she does has been the best thing for my teenage daughter. I was extremely hesitant about hypnotherapy for a 15-year old in the beginning, but after several unsuccessful traditional talk therapy sessions with a psychologist to overcome anxiety regarding make-up (yes, a strange one, but real!) I decided to take her to Jan. Wow, is all I can say.
After several sessions with Jan she can now go the theater, attend parties and wear make-up - all of which she could not do prior to her time with Jan. Since ending our sessions I cannot tell you how many times we are out and see someone that would have caused my daughter to pass out, and she says "Thank God we found Jan, love Jan so much". She is an absolutely wonderful, kind and sensitive person and I would recommend her highly to anyone of any age.

Jan has helped me tremendously with weight control, gently getting to the root of long-standing issues. She is easy to talk to and always very professional. My children, teenage sons, have also benefited under her care. I highly recommend her.

Anyone that might be considering Hypnotherapy, I highly recommend Jan! I use Hypnotherapy to help keep me feeling my very best and it helps give me that "Edge". I've used Hypnotherapy on and off over the last 10 years with different therapists, however Jan has been the very best. Not only has she helped me with Hypnotherapy, she has taught me how to self-hypnotize so that I can reinforce the positive changes in mindset and materialize it into action. My husband and I have been seeing Jan on a regular basis. We have seen such an improvement in our quality of life. The power of Hypotheraphy to change your life is truly amazing. Jan is truly exceptional and she knows how to focus on your individual needs. She's one of a kind . We highly recommend her!
