After reading good reviews about the office of James Miner, I contacted him to see if he could help me. After discussing my goal with him and explaining to him I was a first time home buyer, he was more than happy to help and his pleasant demeanor over the phone was reassuring. During the course of the sale, he made himself available to me over the phone to answer any questions about the process I was confused and or nervous about and he clarified everything for me. His staff (Kimberly) was quite helpful in coordinating the sale activities as well so I knew what I had to do every step of the way. As a result, the closing at their office went smoothly with Jim explaining in a clear and succinct manner all the forms I was signing. Therefore, I highly recommend the Office of James Miner should you need a real estate attorney. Him and his staff were excellent.
