  I'm in the middle of divorce and had to change my lawyer as he is not representing me but rather his own interests. It's middle of Christmas and nobody cares... Nobody that is other than Mindy and Carolyn. I called the office of DeTorres and DeGeorge after reading great reviews online posted about Carolyn Hand. Mindy the paraprofessional went out of her way to call the attorney right away (even though they were all gone for the holidays), she told me she is not going to let me go until she can help!
  It truly takes a heart to take away from your holiday time to help somebody else! Thank you Mindy!!!
  Divorces are hard and knowing that somebody that doesn't even know you is doing whatever they can to help is a very different than what I got from other law firms. Carolyn was amazing by agreeing to talk to me in expediated fashion (not when she had next available appointment) just because she wants to help!
  I’m looking forward to working with them and truly hope that if the first impression is any indication of what’s to come me and my children will be in the best hands!

  Professional Law Firm with a best in class track record. The previous review I have chosen to rescind. I did not retain DeTorres and DeGeorge, in the end our family matters in estate planning were resolved with the family attorney, however, Roseanne and Erin's esoteric comprehension and superior knowledge of the Law combined with years of experience would be productive to any high net worth client seeking estate planning and/or marital splits. Roseanne personally took my call on a Saturday and professionally navigated each of my inquiries and while I pushed for her services to be retained, my grandfather was set in his decision to use his long time friend. In either case, this firm is staffed by wonderful people who at the end of the day ensure the enforcement of equality while discreetly handling their client's situations. Highly recommend.

  I am so very appreciative to have had Rosanne DeTorres in my court as we negotiated the complex terms of my divorce. She is very knowledgeable in the field of family law, always returned phone calls in a timely manner, and was most thorough in her representation.
