(August 20, 2023, 12:51 pm)Service was fantastic. Friendly and helpful. We had the corn bisque, trout salad, eggs Benedict, and chicken and waffles. All were delicious and had a little German spin that set them apart.

(August 15, 2023, 1:23 pm)Such a nice place for food and drinks in Hunter!! Flammkuchen (German style flat bread pizza) is so delicious and radlers (beer & sparkly juice) are refreshing and tasty. Nice outdoor patio area and ample parking.

(August 2, 2023, 5:44 pm)Excellent German food with extensive drink menu (several local options). Appetizers were solid (we had pretzels and flammkuchen). Entrees were awesome. The staff was small but worked together well to deliver great and friendly service! Great dinner experience. Will definitely go back when in the area.

(July 4, 2023, 10:20 am)Came here for a one night trip after a long day. The service was attentive and kind. The food was extremely delicious. We ordered a potato leak soup, which was sooooo good - Highly recommended!! We also ordered an asparagus, beat salad, and a chocolate cake for dessert. We loved everything!!
The atmosphere is excellent with this German style tavern. We would definitely come back if we are in Hunters next time!
*they outdoor seatings, bar, and two floors.
