  Our A/C wasn't working well. We called Jack Frost, and they were able to come out the same day. Kevin was able to troubleshoot the issue and make the necessary repairs. Thanks again!

  A/C issue, called a couple of HVAC companies, who weren't able to get to me in a timely way. Ryan from Jack Frost was early, addressed my issue and was pleasant and informative.
  I signed up for a service contract and plan to use Jack frost again.

  Our tech, Ryan, was prompt and professional. We were so pleased with how thorough he was in explaining our HVAC system that we immediately signed up for a maintenance agreement. We have had some less than stellar experiences with other companies - especially with the parameters of service contracts, so we highly recommend Jack Frost.

  My 25 y/o natural gas forced air furnace was not igniting and giving me a variety of problems over the past two seasons. I called Jack Frost because they were local and had a lot of good reviews. They came out right away and after a thorough inspection, we determined the best course was to replace the furnace and ac system. The supervisor Alex was very knowledgeable and familiar with the products they offer. He answered all my questions and did not pressure or oversell me a system I didn’t need. I did go with the high efficiency Amana system with a 2.5 ton ac unit. I researched the system and all the reviews were very good. Reliability, efficiency (94%), and the best warranty (lifetime compressor, 10 yr parts and labor on furnace). Not the cheapest out there but the price with installation was very competitive. They had the units in stock and installed everything the day after. The 4 techs spend 8 hours installing and did a fantastic job! They were professional, neat, and very pleasant! The installation was impressive and spot on. I rarely leave long reviews but I was so impressed with these guys and my overall experience with Jack Frost I wanted to let you know. Great service is tough to find these days so it’s refreshing when you do! I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of a new hvac system! Keep up the good work!
