At J.A.Gymnastics, our Pre-Team program is by invitation only to those children who have demonstrated the necessary skills and physical abilities needed to become a competitive gymnast. While we evaluate all of the students in our recreational program on a regular basis, a child must be at least 6 years of age to be on Pre-Team.

We at JAG continue to foster this sense of curiosity through a kinesthetic experience by introducing basic gymnastic skills as well as developing strength and flexibility that will enhance other sport endeavors.

Open Gym — John's Academy of Gymnastics

Open Gym. Join us for our open gym every Saturday from 3:00-5:00pm!. The gym is open to the general public during open gym. Children under 18 must be signed in at the desk by a parent or guardian.
