(December 28, 2018, 12:56 pm)I’ve trained with Angela & Kurt at Core Fitness. Both trainers have sincere passion for what they do- enthusiastic, engaged and knowledgeable. Workout plans are created and customized to target goals and enhance overall strength/fitness. Angela & Kurt make sure to demonstrate exercises, explain why it’s important/what we’re improving and correct form so exercises done effectively. The gym is well-kept and complete with equipment and free weights.
Personally, I experience exertion headaches. During one-on-one training sessions with Angela, she’s adjusted certain circuits in order for me to complete a work out... the kind of push I needed, without giving up! I wouldn’t want to train anywhere else. -

(November 3, 2018, 11:16 pm)I have been training with Angela at Core Fitness for almost 3 years now. It is about time to write a review:
1- Communication: From the first email I sent to her she has been very prompt in responding to my emails/texts/calls. Scheduling sessions has always been smooth.
2- Goals: It is all about setting the right goals and achieving them when training. Angela has been extremely methodical from the initial complementary appointment for evaluation to monthly check-ins. She has made sure I am on the right track to meet my goals every step of the way.
3- Motivation: Angela keeps me motivated through out every session. Each session plan is customized to my goals and every session she focuses on 1-2 body area. She makes sure I work out hard enough. The work outs change from session to session so I am never bored.
Angela is extremely friendly yet serious about business. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who wants to set a fitness goal and achieve it.
Core Fitness: The gym itself is kept extremely clean and organized. Showers are clean and spotless.. All the trainers I have met have been very friendly. -

(October 30, 2018, 7:31 pm)Core Fitness is definitely the place to work out! Angela is an awesome trainer and truely wants you succeed in your fitness and nutrition goals. Every workout with her is different and works every part of your body, you’re sure to be sore the next day. I definitely recommend Ang and Core Fitness!
