  I walked into this CrossFit gym 6 years ago to try to feel better about being in my mid 30s. Still, hands down, the best thing I’ve ever done for my self in my life! If you want to make a group of friends who will support you in every thing you do and discover a kind of strength you didn’t know you had, come try a work out! Love you, team true!

  This gym quite literally changed my life! I was out of the game for a while until one of the coaches messaged me regarding their bring a friend day and I was instantly obsessed. Great coaches, beautiful gym, and just an amazing atmosphere all around!

  CrossFit True is the most wonderful, supportive community that I’ve ever worked out at. The gym is welcoming, diverse and so much fun. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. You should come check out this community.

  Crossfit True has been the best fitness experience of my life. I began my "True" journey 8 years ago and with the guidance of Monique Beauchamp and her highly qualified coaching staff my clothes fit better and I feel great on the inside as well. Moe, Ryan, and Mia will challenge you with rigorous workouts that are demanding both physically and mentally and are always prepared to provide helpful advice and handy tips to improve your fitness. Whether you are a novice or an experienced Crossfitter, you will find your fitness home at CF True. The entire community is supportive, welcoming, and will cheer you on by name!   February marked my 2-yr anniversary @ Crossfit True. When I 1st walked through the doors back then, hitting 50, I was unsure that I was cut out for CrossFit. It turns out that in joining CrossFit True, I was not only a member of a gym but a community of top-notch coaches, including the owner, who are always attentive, encouraging & extremely effective in all that they do. I'm also a part of a close-knit fitness family. We support each other and help each other go beyond our own expectations! I couldn't have made a better choice ... I've found my forever gym & extended family!
