  I got the short rib melt sandwich and the mozzarella fritta. All I can say is this was deliciousssssss!! Everything was tender and tasty. The Buffalo wings were also super yummy

  Ordered 20 of the “dirt style” wings with an extra side of sauce on the side. French fries. Mozzarella.
  
  Drank a few beers. I opted for the Van Art Paloma 🙌🏽
  
  Definitely recommend this place! Huge beer selection. They use Untappd, and it makes it easy to see their rotating list.

  I was in New Britain and decided to check out J Timothy's Tavern for lunch. I arrived late for lunch and was surprised to see a parking lot with many cars. And I would soon find out why.
  
  As you can see in the pictures there is a nice atmosphere of an old time tavern. There are several rooms, including a bar area that also serve as a welcome backdrop to creating a fun atmosphere.
  
  I ordered the chicken pot pie and tried the pineapple upside down cake for dessert. The chicken pot pie comes served in a deep dish and holds more food than is apparent simply looking at it. So it was quite fill. The pie crust was delightfully flakey. The filling was mild yet tastey.
  
  The pineapple upside down cake was firm, moist and just the right amount of sweet, though if you don't like sweet another dessert option might be more suited to you. I found it to be quite delicious.
  
  I look forward to returning myself or with my family.

  Had a delicious prime rib, as shown. Was seated in an intimate little dining area for two. The wings here are delicious as with lots of other entree options. Highly recommend. Our waitress was great very knowledgeable and attentive.

  We just happened upon this place on our way through town and so happy that we did! We got the dirty wings and the tater tots poutine with the short ribs on top. Oh my goodness the food was so good and our wonderful waitress, Darlene (I think her name was) even suggested some homemade desserts. 10/10 would recommend stopping here, and the service was amazing and so attentive!
