My daughter just started treatment with Dr. Melissa. I have to say, I have never felt so comfortable with my daughters medical care. The entire staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, caring, fun but most of all makes me feel that they have nothing but care and concern for my daughter's wellbeing. I trust them implicitly. I recommend this office with the highest praise!
Dr. Melissa was wonderful with my 4 month old. She and her staff were always very pleasant, honest, and very helpful. My son was never uncomfortable at any point of the appointments and started thriving at home just after the first appointment. I really enjoyed using the app they have because it was extremely easy to make appointments and use to scan when checking in. We will be back in future for any other issues.
Crystal & Melissa were an absolutely blessing. After 3 years of suffering back pain from a pretty bad car accident I finally feel like I have some kind of hope. They were kind, friendly, informative & just really warm & comforting! This was my first visit & I’m so glad I made that decision!
I came to J&M two weeks ago because I could barely walk my sciatica was bothering me so much. Crystal and Dr. Melissa took care of me as quickly as possible, made sure I was comfortable, and got me into immediate care. After just one week I was able to walk, clean, and lounge with no pain!
I can’t wait to continue my treatments here. I would recommend for anyone with back/health issues looking to get some relief!
First let me say that their receptionist and x-ray/scan tech Crystal is the most friendly, upbeat, welcoming and accommodating that I have ever witnessed, PERIOD!
This practice uses modern technology in every facet...to name a few: an electronic muscle & nerve scanning machine, Cox Distraction Technique tables, appointment check in by scan, and even hands free controls in the restroom! But don’t let the new technology they incorporate fool you into thinking their rates must be high, as they have the lowest rates, by far of any Chiropractic practice I have used in the past, and through the years I’ve been treated by 5 other Chiropractors.
After one visit of testing (extremely reasonable costs) Dr Joe provided a very thorough presentation of my issues (many) and a suggested treatment plan. I must say, I was very impressed with the level of detail and professionalism as well as the amount of time he had to have spent in preparing his presentation.
As my treatment has progressed, I have noticed a major improvement in my neck and mobility. My back was improving as well until recently I made a mistake and re-injured myself.
Additionally, I almost never have to wait (unless I show up early) as Dr Joe by some miracle manages to keep his schedule on time! People, this is truly amazing, I’m in and out on average within 15 minutes.
If you are suffering with pain, do yourself a favor and make an appointment, Dr Joe and Dr Melissa are two of the kindest people out there and really care about their patients.
