I've been blessed with having Alison as a teacher/mentor over the past 10 years. What I have learned in her classes, workshops and consultations has genuinely improved my quality of life. Alison is a true gem. She helped me through my pregnancy with a gestational diabetes diagnosis and anemia. Following her advice my pregnancy iron levels were taken care of very quickly that my doctors were surprised.
