  I went to Ivy Rehab after knee surgery following a dirt bike accident. Melissa did an amazing job helping me on my road to recovery and I cannot thank her enough. I have a very physically demanding job and with the help I received at Ivy Rehab I was able to make a full recovery, return to work, and more importantly have my regular life back! She even helped set me up with a good orthopedic surgeon near by and they worked closely together during my extended recovery time. The level of care I received start to finish was fantastic, both in a professional sense and a sense that they cared personally about my success. Bonus points should be awarded to the entire team at Ivy Rehab as they took turns entertaining my 4 year old son when I had to bring him along one afternoon. Melissa, Russ and the receptionist all took turns playing soccer with him so I could keep my appointment. Highly recommend this place

  This place is the best! I am someone who is typically nervous about all things medical. Had some nerve pain for a few months that wouldn't go away even though I am in my 20's. I reached out to Melissa at Ivy Rehab and she was amazing! Everyone there was super welcoming and reassuring. I looked forward to going twice a week and in two sessions I saw results. It was great that they could accommodate my work schedule and they were great with navigating insurance. Highly recommend!

  Having a positive past experience with another Excel Physical Therapy (now known as Ivy Rehab) location, I decided to give this location a try and I'm really glad I did.
  
  Back in the summer of 2020, I started experiencing sciatica caused by an old snowboarding injury. I didn't address it and ultimately threw out my back in early 2021. For a year, I only saw a chiropractor and while it allowed me to be more comfortable, I still experienced daily sciatica pain. After I started experiencing weakness in my legs, I saw an orthopedic surgeon who suggested PT.
  
  Melissa at Ivy Rehab is an amazing physical therapist. As other reviews mentioned, she is knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. She helped me understand the science behind the treatment and exercises. She pushed me hard enough but also would ease up on days when I was in pain.
  
  The facility is really nice too. The space is nice and open, bright, and clean. There were usually 1 or 2 other patients there and I never felt cramped.
  
  It has been over 7 months since my treatment ended and I'm thrilled to say that I have only experience sciatica a handful of times since. Melissa gave me important parts of my life back... playing with my daughter, gardening and DIY projects around the house, and physical activities like hiking and bicycling. And I've finally been able to snowboard again for the first time in 3 years. All completely pain free! Thank you Melissa!

  I recently completed a physical therapy program at Ivy Rehab in Springfield, PA, with therapist and clinic director Melissa Tighe.
  
  Melissa did a great job on my neck, which had been bothering me for several months. I no longer suffer from pain or spasms and I have an increased range of motion.
  
  She always made sure I performed my exercises correctly, and she provided me with detailed printed instructions for exercises to do at home.
  
  Her clinic is clean and organized, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.
  
  I would definitely recommend Ivy Rehab and specifically Melissa Tighe for anyone in need of physical therapy. Melissa is not only highly trained and knowledgeable, but very personable and caring. She's enjoyable to be around.

  I went to Excel after years of dealing with a shoulder & neck pain following a shoulder dislocation. I had been through a few rounds of PT in the past at different clinics, without much success. This time was very different! Melissa Tighe was extremely knowledgeable & thorough and helped to diagnose and treat the issue in a few months. I highly recommend her and her team!
