(January 28, 2023, 10:48 am)Dr. Mayes and staff were incredibly courteous, kind and professional. After a few of visits, I made significant gains on a debilitating back injury and the pain began to decrease. And after a few weeks I was back to working out and better educated on how to proceed with my exercise routine to avoid future injury. I highly recommend Iron PT.

Running, triathlons, crossfit, biking, skiing...no matter what your passion is, they will be able to help you get back to your best! Dr. Wortman, in the Midland Park office, is caring and compassionate and you can feel her positive energy every time you walk through the door. You will want to work harder for her! Dr. Wortman and her entire staff are caring, compassionate and accessible, the facility is spotless and brand new, and the therapy provided is incredibly effective. This is the only facility I will use going forward! Highly recommend.

(December 30, 2022, 8:12 pm)When I was thinking about where I would go for PT after my repeat Total Shoulder, I spoke with my surgeon and he suggested Iron PT. He actually had gone to Iron PT himself so I decided to go. Looking back, I am so happy I went there! You couldn’t ask for a nicer staff. Dr Wortman, Jared, and Kimberley were just terrific. I really put my all into my rehab. And was made Patient of the month. That was great and I had a lot of fun with that. Even telling my surgeon that I had been patient of the month! I just had a wonderful experience at Iron PT. I’m feeling much improved in my shoulder rehab and still will continue to work at it. Thanks so much Dr Wortman! I will always put in a good word for Iron PT!

(December 6, 2021, 4:45 pm)I was 9 weeks into a 12 week training program for my first ever half marathon when I pulled up lame playing a pickup basketball game and my Achilles and heel were in agony. The next morning I woke up completely depressed worrying I wouldn’t be able to make the race. A friend advised I give Iron PT a call and I was fortunate enough they were able to see me the next evening. Within the first ten minutes Dr. Wortman assured me that I would be absolutely able to run the race in three weeks AND continue to safely go forward with my training program within days. I felt such a sense of relief and sure enough, three weeks later I finished the race under my goal time. I can’t thank the entire staff at Iron PT enough and would recommend them for any of your physical therapy needs.
