  I've had the opportunity of attending a couple of In.Spire Integrative's events. Those events convinced me I needed one on one with CeeCee's approach. I am one session in and literally have made leaps and bounds in my trauma recovery. I also am one of those people that if it works for me, it WILL work for you. I cannot wait to see what the future holds now.
  
  CeeCee is encouraging, compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, holds space for people and oh so much more. The range of integration techniques, EFT, calming exercises, goal setting support, medical expertise, mind and spirit connections and all around support is phenomenal.
  
  I highly recommend working with CeeCee at In.Spire Integrative. If you feel stuck, lost, sick of doctors that only care about the body and do nothing for your mind and spirit, maybe conventional therapy or medications have only gotten you so far, but you crave more.
  
  If you're not sure if she could help, I also included a brief, but not complete explanation of what I was personally experiencing to maybe help personalize and resonate of why you need CeeCee and her guidance in your life.
  
  I felt like I was missing a connection between my logical brain and my feeling brain. I felt lost, hopeless, purposeless and undeserving, yet I knew that I had to push on and fuel the fire inside that nagged about letting all the, lets say stuff, that holds you down go and that it doesn't have to be that way, it can be different.

She brings compassion, energy, and power to all her interactions in a positive and engaging way that allows participants to connect with their inner warrior, tap into their strengths, and gain confidence in their truth.   CeeCee coached us through a centering, grounding, and very freeing meditative experience. I highly recommend that you grab your yoga mat and some friends and spend an enchanting evening with CeeCee.
