(August 8, 2023, 12:01 pm)The hotel was OK. It had more appeal online than it did when we arrived. I requested a feather free room, it was all feather. we weren't told up front about the security deposit, and when we arrived, the discount we were told we were getting for going to a concert at the XCite center, we weren't getting.
$119, turned into $200 real quick.
they had complimentary coffee, lemon, cucumber water upon arrival. the beds, minus the feathers, were super comfy. as soon as I laid down to rest my legs for the show, I fell asleep and woke up an hour before we had to be there, great nap. I hadn't slept in weeks. short distance to the casino, Staff was super friendly, well, there was one girl who was super friendly. the complimentary breakfast in the morning was HUGE and according to my fiance, delicious. I enjoyed sleeping. the water pressure in the shower was great- it even had a grab bar- which was awesome for me because I'm disabled.
oh, the air didn't work.
it was OK. I don't think we'd stay again, it was too much money for not enough. -

The rooms were clean, a couple of issues we encountered was, housekeeping let themselves in our room, while we were sleeping and the "do not disturb " sign was hung, my Husband had to point that out to them. The second problem we encountered was an hour before check out time, we were back and fourth our room loading our car (we spent a bit over 2 weeks there) housekeeping let themselves in our room again, my purse was in there, my fault because I didn't lock it up, but again, the sign was on the door and they let themselves in.
Don't leave anything in your rooms there...ever, and always use the deadbolt on the inside!
