Thank goodness for Indian Neck Motors who got us in quickly, got it fixed with great customer service and fair pricing. They even checked the tire pressure and knowing we had traveled. Thank you!

Mechanics are very smart and explain what the problem is if you don't know.
Great place to service your vehicle as we all forget to do that. We've taken our BMW and VW here.

(April 21, 2023, 11:02 am)I can’t recommend Austin and his crew enough!! I reached out to him at 5pm on a Tuesday about an issue my car was having, he had me immediately come down to diagnose it. He got back to me early the next morning what the issue was and ordered the part right away. My car was up and running better than ever within 48 hours! I can’t thank him enough for his quick action and attention to detail in helping me back on the road! Highly recommend!

These guys are so great to deal with! They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain what is going with your vehicle. I had what I thought was a minor oil leak but it turned out to be a more complicated problem. Their attention to detail and thoroughness relieved why it was leaking and in additional transmission issues that I had no idea was getting so bad. They took the time let me know what they could do while my car was already disassembled to start preventative measures to avoid that getting much worse. It saved me a lot of money for them to do what they could in that stage which I greatly appreciated. It's a huge relief to find a repair shop that I can trust and truly care about the integrity of their work.
I appreciate their pricing and the way they do their invoices. The invoices break down exactly what you are paying for and itemized with details/explanations.
