  My son Dylan started working with the Inception Sports Performance team over a year ago. His transformation from a kid who loved playing youth football to a confident athlete competing for multiple HS starting positions was made possible by RJ and his team. His speed and agility have vasty improved along with his self-confidence. I especially love the way they partnered with us to set developmental goals that were specific to my son's needs. The lines of communication are always open and there is always an opportunity to adjust or switch things up as my son develops, so it never gets stale. They gained our trust from day one and we haven't looked back since, and as a parent whose observed dozens of workout sessions, it's clear to see the special bond all the athletes have with RJ and his team. I have worked with a few athletic sports trainers and in my honest opinion when it comes to Inception Sports Performance they are second to NONE!

  Nidaa & RJ are the best! They’re both so knowledgeable and passionate in what they do and it reflects in the way they interact with their clients, myself included. I mostly worked with Nidaa for some time and she really helped me see results. I became stronger and had more confidence in my training.

  Inception is a great place to work out in! The staff Coaches Nidaa & RJ are very friendly, respectful coaches. They always lend a hand, offer suggestions based on your needs and concerns to help improve your overall training lifestyle. From a hygienic point of view Inception is very clean. The floor is spotless; all the equipment is wiped down disinfected. If your ever in the market to improve your sports performance goals, Inception will help improve and move beyond your expected results.

  Coach RJ and his team of trainers are the best around! In just a few short months I have seen my sons transform into althletes by working on hand and eye coordination, speed and agility, technique and confidence. They look forward to classes and truly enjoy coming!! RJ pushes and motivates the kids with his AMAZING energy!! He creates a positive environment for the kids and helps them build the confidence they need to be well rounded athletes! Get your kids started today!!!
