  I have tried many different forms of exercise during my life, but nothing stuck until I found Dave and In Balance Tai Chi Studio. Over the past eleven years I’ve learned many different tai chi forms. I am never bored, never not learning something, never not having fun. As a result of tai chi, my balance, flexibility, mental and physical memory have improved remarkably. Thank you, Dave!

  Highly recommended for the Tai Chi beginner and advanced alike. Many classes to choose from, night classes too. Master Dave is a great teacher and keeps it fun as well as informative. Best Tai Chi school around!
