  So where do I begin?! Roman was amazing with my daughter. My daughter received services from Roman for more than a year. He is patient, kind, specific with language-which is extremely important when your child has a speech delay. Roman was thorough in regards to noticing what my child needed and what she no longer needed. My daughter has improve exponentially with her speech. I'm grateful for Roman's help and insight.   Mr. Roman P Marchuk is the best speech therapist, I can say my daughter is truly blessed to have one of the best therapist. My daughter was 3 when she started receiving Speach therapy from him, she is 5 now and I have seen Hugh improvement in her speech, all credit goes to Mr. Roman.
  Very professional, very friendly, very patient and along with speech therapy he support parents and understands what parents are going through, very flexible with schedule too.
  During pandemic it was tough to have one on one in person sessions but he made sure he is calling and doing video calls engaging my daughter in activities, also sending activities through emails to work on certain motor and social skills.
  He helped me create an activity plan for her also helped me how to overcome certain push backs from a toddler and dealing with tantrums.
  As a parent it’s very easy to give up when your child is crying and asking for something and i was one of those moms who would give up on discipline thinking she is a kid she will learn when she will grow older but my way of handling pushbacks and tantrums was not helping my child.
  He educated me on how to discipline my kid and how to set up rules and understand what my child is asking for and understanding my child’s behavior.
  I have seen Hugh improvement in my daughter’s speech, reasoning and behavior.
  Every time he visits my daughter he is paying full attention to her, he brings new toys and books and plays with her, fully engaging her and makes activities fun for her. Also fun fact that her wears colorful cartoon print pullovers that my daughter loves.
  My daughter absolutely loves him, I have a 2 year old niece too and anytime my niece is over he helps my daughter in engaging in activities that involves sharing and taking turns. He use to visit my daughter in her daycare and always updated me on her progress.
  He also engaged her in outdoor activities and recommended games that would help her making decision and reasoning.
  He is one of the BEST Speach Therapist.
  I am so Thankful to him for taking my daughter case and helping her succeed in goals that were set up for my child to be ready for Kindergarten.
  Once again very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly and he don’t like wasting time. When he is visiting my kid he makes sure he is dedicating his his full time and attention to my kid along with educating me on understanding child’s behavior. If

  The person that my daughter had was so kind, loving, understanding and has the touch for kids like my daughter., with special needs. May God bless this place and the organization. We need more people like her that would listen and have the heart for special need kids.

  Highly recommend! I received consultation for my child over the phone. Roman was patient and informative. Eliminated my worries and gave worthwhile recommendations.

  I do highly recommend this place to all parents who have children. My son is 4, he started with Roman when he was 2. We had some problems with articulations and some sounds, we were lucky when eventually we met Roman. He is very patient, kind, caring and encouraging teacher.
  The most important thing to me as a parent is who is contacting with my child, my child did not like some of teachers and I did not insist him to be stressed to get results. His emotional health is number one for me. When my son started classes with Roman he got so happy and always excited when I told him on upcoming meeting with his speech therapist . I do trust Roman 100% , he is a very nice person , loving, caring. To study with in the Improve LLC is fun for my son. Thank you so much, my son talks now non stop and it makes me happy.
