  Anna is awesome! I've been wanting some help with personal training for a while now, but never felt confident in the credentials of anyone I met. Anna was referred to me and as soon as I saw she had a doctorate in Physical Therapy, I knew she's who I've been looking for. My wife is a Physical Therapist, so I'm familiar with the amount of knowledge they need to have. In our 2 sessions so far, she's been incredibly supportive while still able to push me to my limit. It's evident she has a clear understanding of how the body works and how to help you hit your goals.

  I’ve been working with Anna for the past several weeks. Anna is very knowledgeable, energetic, and attentive. She was able to identify the cause of my hip pain and provide pain relief manually as well as setting me up with an exercise routine. I would highly recommend Anna for any one who is looking for PT.

  Anna is fantastic to work with. Her credentials as a certified StrongFirst trainer were evident from the first session, where she was able to guide me to train successfully with much better form to prevent future injuries. She is extremely knowledgeable and motivating.

  I saw Anna for learn more about kettlebells. It was a great springboard - she taught me proper form for both the swing and turkish get up. I've since ordered my own kettlebells and am excited to start working out in my home gym. Anna is very knowledgeable and offers great advice - I intend to work with her again and incorporate more movements into my routine.

  I recently injured my knee training. I am a competitive athlete and am used to strenuous exercise on a daily basis. Since i have begun rehab with Anna i have noticed immediate improvement with my injury. My strength and mobility is quickly improving due to her knowledge of what i simply should and shouldn't be doing. Anna is very professional and truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend Function First no matter if youre an athlete or just trying to get back to 100%!
