  Dr. Najar is everything I could want in a chiropractor. He’s always in a positive mood, personable, and you can tell he truly wants you to thrive from his chiropractic care. Every visit he asks you for detailed updates about your progress or any new concerns. As somebody who is going through post-concussive syndrome and a C1-C2 injury as a result of the head trauma, he has helped me immensely with treatment of my symptoms and correcting my neck alignment. After months of drastic improvement, I took 2 weeks off from seeing him from lack of planning on my part, and I could feel the effects. I called my neurologist for an emergency refill on migraine medication. Immediately after returning to Dr. Najar my symptoms are once again correcting and I’m off my migraine meds. I’m starting to feel like me again thanks to Dr. Najar. Trust his adjustments and recommendations! He will get you there.

  I have been coming to Dr. Najar for
  3 months. I came to him with neck stiffness and pain, headaches, burning in the middle of my back and pain in my lower back. The lower back caused pain down my legs to my feet. I couldn’t walk more than 5 minutes and going to the supermarket was agony. Since, I have been going to Dr. Najar at Ideal Chiropractic my lower back is 90% better. I can walk the mall without discomfort, walk at least 15 minutes
  without pain in my lower back or legs.
  There is no more burning in the middle of my back. I can stand at my kitchen counter making dinner without a feeling I had to sit down. My neck is
  85% better. I can move my neck more
  to back up my car. The headaches are gone. I am so much better, I am very
  thankful to Dr. Najar for giving me such relief of my symptoms.

  Dr. Najar has truly helped my sciatic pain that went from my back to my ankle I could barely walk. In a matter of 6-8 weeks once a week visits I’m now able to walk and live normally. I would recommend Dr Najar to anyone. Job well done

  Went to see Dr Najar for lower back pain. After several weeks of receiving treatment my back pain has subsided. Dr Najar is experienced and very knowledgeable. He explains all aspects of your treatment. In addition, Dr Najar encouraged me to walk 20 minutes daily which I started to do and I now can walk 2 miles (something I haven’t done in 5 years). Thanks Dr.Najar !

  I must say Dr. Najar is a remarkable adroit chiropractor.
  After six/seven weeks, three a week visits ongoing, he has helped me shed seventy-five percent of the pain I had been living with for years and other tried chiropractors’ practices.
  The facility is well equipped, physically and spiritually super
  clean, with a hospitable, obliging and cordial staff that
  maintains this facility.
  I must add Dr. Najar is also an educator, cleared up my
  misperceptions and misconceptions for the care of my health,
  with thorough explanations.
