We have been very happy with the equipment they have sold to us as well as the ongoing maintenance. Their response to the few problems that have cropped up over the years has been terrific. We strongly recommend Hydro PureWater Treatment as a top notch Water Treatment company!!

(July 26, 2023, 3:34 pm)We have a water softening system originally installed and serviced by hydro pure. The annual service is always dependable. We recently had an issue with salty water. Called them up and they were able to troubleshoot right over the phone. Completely saved us from having to spend money on a service call. It was a simple issue. What a nice, honest business. Really appreciate it. Speaks volumes about the way they treat customers. Thank you!

We had a water treatment/filtration system installed by a different company 3 years prior and it wasn't until my expensive blonde hair turned blue that I knew I needed a new water company. I had called around to several companies in CT and RI and no one seemed to take me seriously, care, or wanted to touch an existing water system. I talked to Carri at Hydro-Pure Water Treatment and I was so relieved and grateful to finally have someone genuinely care about my concerns. Frank came out to troubleshoot the issue, answered all of my crazy questions, and made a recommendation to solve the problem. Frank is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional explaining in detail what was going on and that we could do to solve the issue. New Iron/PH system installed, and our water is no longer turning my hair blue, and it smells and tastes great. Do NOT waste your time calling other companies this one is the best.

Their customer service is second to none, my water has never been better, and I won’t use anybody else to service my system. I recommend them to anyone seeking water purification installation or maintenance. It’s also very satisfying to support a great local CT company!
