(June 18, 2023, 4:41 am)Hudson Valley Rose was a great experience for me and my family. It is conveniently located, around an hour and a half from the city. The B&B has a breathtaking view, and a warm and cosy vibe. Each of the rooms in the stone house is unique and charming, thoughtfully prepared. The hosts were especially welcoming, giving us many recommendations for leisure activities in the area. Overall, the Hudson Valley Rose has been one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in, and I am looking forward to the next time I can visit.

(June 12, 2023, 3:26 pm)The HVR is the most elegant and peaceful getaway we've been to upstate and in the tristate area. The compound is really beautiful, with loads of heritage to admire. The house we stayed in is almost 200 years old! The hosts shared some amazing stories with us about the history of the estate. My wife and I are definitely making a trip back to HVR whenever we need a retreat from the city.

(November 6, 2022, 4:00 pm)We stayed in the Manchester cottage which was extremely rustic and cool, like someplace back in time. We especially enjoyed the copper soaking tub and wood-burning fireplace. The gourmet breakfasts were awesome and delicious. Great for a romantic getaway!

(September 30, 2022, 4:29 pm)We just returned from staying at the Hudson Valley Rose Bed & Breakfast and must say we had a totally remarkable experience at this Inn. We travel to many historical 18th and 19th century B&B's. Hudson Valley Rose is a 19th century stone farm house with period features such as exposed stone walls and the original wide plank flooring that is charmingly stenciled. The grounds are also very nice. We had after dinner cocktails on the deck and enjoyed watching the local wildlife - which was abundant. The 60 acre property is a private, quiet and serene setting and a great place to kick back, read, and recharge. Our room - The Wilkinson Suite - was extremely comfortable with exposed stone walls, a sitting room, and a spa like private bathroom. Our Host, Doug, has truly found his calling. His meticulously prepared three course gourmet breakfast and his presentation of each dish was just superb. Doug was always available whenever needed and has a wealth of information about the area. His recommendations for the restaurants we had dinner were excellent. We can say this is one of the best B & B's we have stayed (if not the best) and give Hudson Valley Rose our highest possible recommendation. Can't wait to return....

(July 23, 2022, 2:40 pm)My boyfriend surprised me with a romantic getaway for a couple of days. We arrived at the Hudson Valley Rose B&B and the entire experience really blew us away! Their property is breathtaking. The cottage we stayed in was beautifully designed and decorated. You can tell how detail oriented the hosts are. The breakfast that Doug prepared for us daily was delicious and restaurant quality. We enjoyed every bit of this B&B and it was the best one we’ve stayed at by far. The host was exceptionally kind and friendly which was warming. I would 100% recommend the Hudson Valley Rose Bed & Breakfast to family and friends!
