  I can’t say enough good things about the Hot Fitness Factory! Very clean, very knowledgeable and helpful instructors !! Bikram yoga with Mark is the BEST! The class is so good for your health, mind, and spirit!! Also don’t miss a class with Steph !!

  I've been attending the HFF for almost a year now. If you are looking for an intense HIIT class or pilates class, this is the place for you! A few tips for anyone new to this experience. Have a good yoga mat, I have a 5mm Lululemon and it's excellent non-slide plus the extra cushion helps when doing a work on the floor. I drink at least 18 oz of water during workout. I also suggest drinking up to 20 oz before class. I bring a small hand towel for sweat and a large mat towel to lay down when doing floor work. The towels are a huge help as you'll be sweating even before the workout. Bike shorts and a tank in the summer. Most importantly, don't overdue it. Just being in the hot room takes some getting used to. Most of all, have fun, enjoy your self-care time. I've had most instructors, and they are all fantastic Rachel, Gio, Spags, Jessica, Brooke, and Janelle and Stacey for pilates. I have yet to take a yoga class there, but I've heard similarly good things.

  Wedding!!! Every instructor is awesome and helpful. 100000% recommend

  Highly recommend ! This is definitely the best Hot fitness studio around. You will not be disappointed , get ready to feel the burn ! I am on my 4th class with Shanty and she is absolutely amazing her energy and motivation are everything! This class has also been so therapeutic for me , it’s intense but I leave motivated & refreshed! Check it out you will not regret it !

  If your looking for an excellent workout, Hott Fitness Factory is the place. A variety of classes at different times. Ranging from 5 am to 8 pm. All fitness levels are made to feel welcomed.
