  I joined hot yoga but a few months ago and my experience has been nothing but amazing! The amount of strength and flexibility I have gained from the classes shocked me. It has even helped me with keeping myself from getting injured and improved my health issues. After a class, you feel refreshed and brand new and like you’re ready to take on anything. My mental well being has improved so much since I have gone to hot yoga hut. Ali and Tim have been the best instructors. They got to know me and push me during class and just the smile on Ali’s face when I walk through that door in the morning is so welcoming! If you think yoga isn’t challenging, you need to take some classes because as I also do bodybuilding, hot yoga here is very humbling to my abilities and I recommend this place to all of my friends. So thankful I found this place!!

  I LOVE hot yoga hut!! It has easily been one of my favorite parts of my week. Literally the perfect thing to add to my workout regimen. I committed myself to it and will continue to go twice a week. That’s how much I love it! Super nice instructors, very welcoming and the most fun/intense workout. Book a class NOW!!

  This was my first hot yoga/abs class and it was amazing. Becca was my instructor and she was great. I really felt motivated and comfortable in her class. She provided a lot of modifications and always explained the workouts in advance. So I was really able to keep up with the class. I would highly recommend her class. It’s a hard workout but so worth it. Also the people at the desk were so helpful as well. Provided you with everything you need to know and have for the class. So I felt super prepared for the class.

  I’ve been going to the yoga hut for over a year now! All levels are welcome I never felt out of place at any point of my health journey being apart of the hut- The workouts become addictive, you see results so quickly if you’re consistent when I started I did a day a week and eased it into my schedule. I LOVE it here.
  
  If you're looking for a good workout for your mind and body this is the team you want to be apart of on your journey. Always calm, positive, peaceful energy!!

  Although I have practiced several times at the Hot Yoga Hut over the last year or so. It was not until my recent decision to work on healing my heart and loving my body that I have been dedicated to attending hot yoga at least one class a week. Words will never explain how this studio and its instructors will impact your life!! To understand it you will have to feel it. I have had the pleasure to be guided by nearly all their leaders each one with their own unique flow, but not one better than the next. I can sign up for a last minute drop in class and know which instructor will help me release what ever is vexing me that day. The moment you walk in those steamy doors you enter a place of peace. You will always be greeted with a smile. If you are intimidated as I was trying out hot yoga for the first time... Just relax and breathe!!!! Every instructor will make sure you know what you are doing and make sure you are safe the entire session.
  My only suggestion is step out of your comfort zone and become comfortable being uncomfortable ;)
