(June 1, 2023, 11:10 am)Since purchasing my Vanguard last July it has been life changing. I have had back and knee surgeries and since getting my tub I have had no pain at all. Every night for about 30 minutes is exactly what the doctor ordered. It’s amazing.
As for the staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and super nice. They treat you like family and are always there to assist in answering your questions. -

Not only is the product itself of the highest quality, but the people that work there are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They truly care about the customer experience and will stop at nothing to help in anyway. Sean and Erin made the buying experience a pleasure and have been extremely helpful with advice in relation to maintaining our tub. I have sent several people there since purchasing myself, and they have had the same great experience.

They were helpful through the whole process from delivery and installation and provided a list of recommended electricians. After installation they visited our home to give a full tutorial on operation and visit for a time to make sure it's running optimally. Highly recommend.
