He over delivered on timing of the completion of the job to my delight. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and look forward to having him come back to update the rest of my home.

(September 7, 2016, 1:49 pm)We had a fantastic experience with HPM as contractor. We had to re-do our daughter's townhouse last fall, to begin almost instantly and to be done in 8 weeks. Steve of HPM told us he was unlikely to be able to make it, but would try. He actually finished 2 weeks early. His subs' workmanship was excellent. The business arrangements were very clear and fair, with assorted payments due as various sub-tasks were completed. And everyone was most helpful -- for example, when we had agreed that we would provide materials, say the flooring, Steve and company gave us advice on what to look for when we were shopping. Overall, we could not have been more pleased.

(September 6, 2016, 8:06 pm)Steve and his crew did an excellent job renovating our 3 bathrooms. He explained everything thoroughly in the beginning. The work was done in a timely manner, according to the original schedule. He accommodated our need to have at least 1 working bathroom at all times. The workers were reliable and of high quality. He was on top of everything and responded immediately to any issues that came up.

(September 6, 2016, 10:00 am)We have used Steve Miele & his company to put in a new kitchen in my house. He does outstanding work!
In addition, I used him to finish my basement after I had some mold remediation work done. He replaced all of the sheetrock & arranged for a crew of painters to come in & complete the job. Steve is very thorough, and takes care of all the details. When he says he will do something, when, and what it will cost ---you can take it to the bank!!
To give an idea of his committment, on Super Bowl weekend a few years ago, on that Friday my wife & I came home form the movies & i happened to go down to myfinished 'mancave' and heard a dripping sound. Water was all over the place. What a mess in my newly finished basement! That night, about 10pm, I called Steve to get his help. He was on top of it immediately! We wound up turning the water supply to my house off, til we figured out where the problem was.
On Super Bowl Sunday, Steve had lined up the plumber he uses (Mike Bellicose of Belly's Plumbing in Atl. Highlands) to come to my house in the morning to figure out the leak source, and fix it. It turned out to be a pin hole size break in a water pipe.As Mike Bellicose was leaving , I found out that he had about 50 people coming to his house later that day to watch the Super Bowl!! They both did not have to jump on helping me out on a busy weekend! By the end of the week, I had new sheetrock installed after things dried out, and the same painting crew came in to finish the job.
Steve and his team are the best! Save yourself the hassle of sifting thru the myriad of options for home improvements/renovations --- give Steve a call & he will handle the rest!! -

We loved how it turned out so much that we had Steve and the crew come back to build an addition, a family room, on my home. That also turned out so nice! Steve and his crew are top quality--they work hard, give attention to detail, and want you to be 100% satisfied! I highly recommend them--you won't be disappointed! Quite the opposite, you'll be thrilled with the outcome!
