  The history, the staff, the grounds. Love going here and attending their 1777 Whitemarsh Encampment each November.

  This place is haunted. I was inspecting the fire alarms in the late 90's here when I felt someone behind me in a second floor bedroom. I was alone. I entered the room several times trying to test the smoke alarm, but each time as I attempted to climb my ladder, I was absolutely sure there was someone behind me right over my shoulder. All the other rooms were fine, even the dimly lit basement and under the stairs. It was the one and only time I had a brush with the supernatural. I remember it like it was yesterday and it still feels creepy.
