  Originally went to Abington ER (I don’t know why since I always go to HR). Arrived at Abington ER at 11:45p, no movement of taking patients back at 2am. At 5:15a, I asked how much longer and they couldn’t say. Another patient in the waiting room said she had been there since 10pm and was still waiting (sounded like she had appendicitis and in horrible pain), so I called Holy Redeemer and a very nice nurse said there would be no wait. Arrived at 5:30, saw nurse within 5 minutes and doctor within 10 mins.

  I'm very grateful for the prompt care I received here. The wait time was minimal. The staff in the ER lobby were very kind and caring. Everything was neat, clean and you can tell it was all sanitized properly. The staff in the back of ER was also very helpful and pleasant. You can tell staffing shortages and issues are around but the important part is that the staff didn't make you feel that pressure too. I was given proper care and the doctor was patient and made sure to listen and understand my concerns. I felt better then I had when I came and the days after I recovered fully. Thanks to all the staff for all you do!
