  3 generations of women in my family have been going to this practice without complaint. My grandmother was Deeny's patient and saw other doctors if their schedules didn't fit on occasion without complaint and was in good hands until her passing. My mother sees Deeny and loves him. He gave birth to myself and little sister and all of us still see him. I've been seeing him since I was 15/16 and I'm 26 now. We are devastated that he is retiring but are glad that his daughter is taking over in his stead. Deeny was the first doctor I told about my *ape that took me seriously and made me feel safe. I will always value that.The front desk people are friendly and are ALWAYS willing to work something out with you, they are understanding people. I've had horrible doctors and had to deal with terrible front desk people who defend them, but not here.
  They usually run late (bc they doctors actually listen and take care of you instead of rushing you out the door) so bring a book or a fully changed phone to wait or schedule your appointment early in the day if you hate waiting or can't wait. :)
