Hurricane Ida flooded our basement and killed our hot water heater. I didn't expect to get anyone out to replace it right away, but I was amazed when I called Hoffman and an employee showed up a couple of hours later. Then I was even more amazed and impressed when they brought the new heater the next day—and installed it at about 1am after what I'm sure was a very busy and long day of flood-related plumbing work. Very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism.
I was very fortunate to make an appointment with Mr. Hoffman on short notice to assess my sump pump, which turned out needing replacement (and could've raised my electric bill). He made himself available very quickly and installed a new one in short order. He answered all of my questions on the subject and greatly appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.
Hoffman plumbing was amazing. I was quoted an outrageous price for a job from another local plumber, and I reached out to Rich at Hoffman Plumbing to get a quote. He was able to do it that day for a fraction of the price! Thank you for restoring my trust in small business. I’ve found my plumber!!
