I only spoke with Shannon who was very professional and helpful while my car was in service. She kept me updated on what was going on, and gave me a good estimate as to the time my car would spend in service. I really appreciate her care and professionalism as I was very stressed out about my vehicle. I didn’t speak with any of the techs, but my car was taken care of quickly which I appreciate.
I have had very negative experiences with other Nissan dealers, and have avoided them as a result. Unfortunately the issue with my car was such that it recommended that I go to a dealership. As a result of my previous negative experiences I was hesitant. However, Hoffman (Shannon) provided such good service that I would consider coming back for future needs.
As always my experience at Nissan Service was outstanding. Andrew has tremendous customer service skills and patiently explains every detail of the services needed. He is a valuable asset to Hoffman Nissan.
I cannot stress enough how outstanding this dealership’s customer service is! They’re patient, kind, attentive and care about your (or in my case, family’s) needs and wants in your next desired vehicle. I highly recommend working with Mike and/or Lori!! Shannon was the kindest most patient person I have ever dealt with. She’s fantastic at her job. They made the process so easy, everything was explained throughly. The communication was top tier from the front desk. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

An extremely comfortable waiting area makes the quick time waiting for your car feel easy.
